Hadrian Technology Co-Founder, Gary Trotter, has been named as the security industry's most influential installer by IFSEC Global - a leading provider of news and events for the security and fire industry.
The accolade recognises individuals who have consistently provided exceptional customer service and championed innovation within the security and fire industries.
When judging the Top 50 Influencers in Security & Fire 2017, the judges were looking for installers and integrators who were able to showcase either some or all of the following characteristics:
· Consistently provides exceptional customer service
· Able to deliver on a particular project, or multiple projects, at exceptionally high standards
· Is an innovator
· Plays a pivotal role in the success of the company that they are associated with
· Plays pivotal role in the diversification of the company into new markets
Judges were impressed by Gary’s commitment to providing customer service excellence and his ability to develop innovative and pioneering solutions to challenging projects that were deemed too difficult or costly by other installers. As a result of Gary’s passion for innovation and diversification, Hadrian Technology has come to specialise in supporting businesses and organisations across the UK to guard against theft, vandalism and fraudulent insurance claims resulting from false slips, trips and falls, which are estimated to cost UK businesses more than £800m a year. It has also seen Hadrian Technology named in both the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and Financial Times’ FT 1000 – a ranking of the 1000 fastest growing companies in Europe.
